Position: Child Life Specialist

Job Summary:
The Child Life Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive psychosocial support to children and families facing challenging situations. This role requires strong knowledge and expertise in child development, therapeutic play techniques, and family-centered care. The Child Life Specialist collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance coping skills, reduce anxiety, and promote positive outcomes for children and their families.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide psychosocial support:
- Assess the emotional, social, and developmental needs of children and families.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate interventions to address coping strategies.
